New PE Registrations in Georgia and Tennessee

The firm is now able to perform engineering services for projects in the states of Georgia and Tennessee. This now brings to a total of 15 states in which Barber & Hoffman is registered.

Congratulations to Tyler McGrady, Newest PE

Staff Project Engineer Tyler McGrady, PE successfully completed the two-part professional engineering exam, which included lateral design requirements in addition to standard structural requirements.

Deep Foundations completed at Cleveland Medical Mart

Contractors completed the deep foundations at the Cleveland Medical Mart and Convention Center. The last of the 150 foot deep caissons and micropiles were installed and tested. These each extend to, and are embedded into, the shale bedrock below the project site.

Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center Opens

The Cleveland Clinic opened the new Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center in East Cleveland Ohio. A new 50,000-square-foot, three-story, 211-bed acute care hospital in East Cleveland offering a wide range of inpatient medical services.
