Mr. Dabholkar is a Senior Design Engineer for the firm. His experience has been in structural design and detailing for commercial, institutional, residential and industrial projects, as well as investigation and repair of deteriorated existing structures and facades including plazas, parking garages, timber roof trusses, and masonry veneers.
Cleveland State University – East Parking Structure – Cleveland, OH
Designed a five-story post-tensioned concrete structure for the new parking garage. Also includes a connector bridge that connects the garage to the new Recreation Center.
Bucyrus Community Hospital – South Expansion and Interior Renovations – Bucyrus, OH
Designed a three-story south addition to the existing hospital building.
Ohio University – Indoor Multipurpose Pavilion – Athens, OH
A 94,000-square-foot athletic facility with a 210-foot-wide by 400-foot-long pre-engineered metal building and a 10,000-square-foot one- to two-story addition which includes the vestibule, storage spaces, mechanical-electrical rooms, and miscellaneous spaces.
Mount Vernon Nazarene University – New Ariel Arena – Mount Vernon, OH
Design of a new 67,000-square-foot two-story steel-framed competition sports arena for the varsity basketball and volleyball teams on the main campus. The improvements will provide more gymnasium space for both varsity and intramural sports, increase spectator capacity, and bring the MVNU athletic facilities to a level comparable with other universities in their conference.
