about 45 miles southwest of Cleveland, Ohio. Gerstacker Science Hall

In addition, an existing street was relocated in
order to exemplify the building's architectural presence between the campus
and the town.
The sloped roof encloses a mechanical room at one half of the third
floor while the other half remains open for a rooftop mechanical
unit. The large 16-foot floor-to-floor height accommodates mechanical
requirements and future tie-in considerations to an adjacent existing
building.
The floor structure consists of composite steel beams with concrete
slab on composite metal deck. The sloped roof construction is steel
joists and beams with structural stress-skin panels. The arched and
flat roof construction is steel joists and beams with insulated
panels. The lateral resisting system is ordinary moment resistive
frames.
