The medical office building is a four-story structure attached to the main hospital, and serving as the hospital's main entrance.  The four-story atrium with glass elevator, walkways and skylights serves as the main location for most large hospital functions.  The 120,000 - square-foot steel structure with composite beams and girders was designed and built using fast-track construction.

An existing concrete joist roof structure was converted to mechanical floor space by adding a bonded concrete topping slab to increase the load capacity.

A raised life-flight heliport with ramp was built on the roof of the building to accommodate functions for the adjacent emergency building without compromising parking and green space.
